We Believe
in empowerment
Empowerment comes from being open and transparent in all communications. As a first step we ask the participants about their interests and their vision. Only when we find complete alignment, of the program and the interests of individuals, are they enrolled in the program
They undergo training in skill development and we help them get financing and create market linkages for them. We don’t stop at doing that, we also provide mentorship and handholding by experts who have done this before.
Empowerment is also about being transparent and upfront about costs, risks and what it entails in terms of their labor and involvement in the program.

We believe that all our programs should be sustainable for the environment and also for the individual. All our Agri-based programs promote organic farming techniques and use bio pesticides and bio fertilizers. Rejuvenation of soil is given utmost importance in our programs.

Health Expert
Community Health Expert is a program designed to improve the availability and access to quality healthcare for those residing in rural areas, women and elderly and to give a chance to women of low social income group to become Community Health Experts (CHE) and become micro entrepreneurs.
