Bahaar Foundation

About Us

Bahaar Foundation has been established with a vision to create 100,000 micro-entrepreneurs, particularly in rural areas, who can each earn about Rs. 10,000 per month. We aim to create programs in livelihood where the participants are trained in multiple skills and trades, so they are able to generate layers of income over a period of time.

Our two areas of focus are currently agriculture  and healthcare.

Bahaar Foundation works with a goal to create opportunities.

We believe in EMPOWERMENT

Empowerment comes from being open and transparent in all communications. All our participants undergo training in skill development, and we don’t stop at just that. Aside from assisting with finance and market linkage, we also provide long-term hand-holding and support by industry experts.

We believe in GROWTH

Bahaar Foundation aims to create 100,000 micro-entrepreneurs across India. We do this by creating programs where participants are able to generate layers of income over a period of time. In addition to sector-specific skill development, participants are trained in diverse areas like financial management, entrepreneurship, and sales, which helps in their multifaceted development.

We believe in SUSTAINABILITY

We believe that all our programs should be sustainable – not just for the individual, but also for the environment. For individuals, we make them sustainable by adding layers of skills that can enhance the incomes of participants. With multiple skills and trades, they are able to sustain themselves by earning from multiple streams.
